Free Therapy Support at Our Drop-In Center

Mental health matters—and you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Orangewood Foundation hosts licensed therapists right here at our drop-in center. This service is completely free and confidential for all youth and young adults connected to Orangewood.

Whether you’re managing stress, navigating relationships, or processing past experiences, therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth. You’ll gain support, build coping strategies, and leave with real-life tools to help you move forward with confidence.

No judgment. Just support. Drop by and take care of your mind—you’re worth it.

Drop-In Center

The Drop-In Center at Orangewood Foundation is a welcoming hub where young people – particularly those who have experienced foster care – can access critical resources and support. Located within the Orangewood Resource Center, the Drop-In Center provides meals, showers, laundry facilities, and access to caring staff who can help with housing, education, employment, and health services. It’s a safe space built on trust and connection, offering young adults the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges and work toward their goals.
