Thrive Together OC is a County-funded program providing no-cost wellness services to Orange County residents. They support young people ages 12–25 through specialized mental health screenings and assessments to identify early risk signs, connecting them directly to counseling and support services. In addition to these screening services, they offer completely free training to community agencies and providers who work closely with local youth and families.
