Our 44 Women Auxiliary

Orangewood PALS

Orangewood PALS is a group of fun and energetic professionals who have come together to make a positive impact on the lives of abused and neglected youth. PALS supports the work of Orangewood Foundation in a variety of ways, including hosting events and activities for the abused children placed at the Orangewood Children & Family Center (the County shelter formerly known as Orangewood Children’s Home), funding Orangewood scholarships, and mentoring former foster youth. Members also enjoy social events such as the annual Athletes First Classic Gala and Golf Event.

44 Women for Orangewood

Founded in 1999 by Susan Samueli, the 44 Women for Orangewood auxiliary contributes to Orangewood Foundation by nurturing, supporting and inspiring foster and community youth that receive support services through programs provided by Orangewood Foundation.  44 WFO focuses its efforts in three key areas: providing mentoring and education, increasing community awareness about the youth Orangewood serves, and hosting annual fundraising events.
