Independent Youth Grant

Please note: The Independent Youth Grant Application is only an online form.

Up to $500 per fiscal year (July 1st – June 30th) to assist with groceries, personal hygiene items, work/training expenses, bicycle for school/work transportation, some medical/dental/vision expenses, and other miscellaneous living expenses. For those who are prepared to get their CA Driver’s License, up to an additional $500 may be available for driving school. See the Independent Grant Guidelines and Instructions. Funding is not guaranteed and conditions may apply. The Independent Grant Application is open.

NOTE: The grant requirements have been updated. A specific request must be included on the application, if you requested reimbursement the receipt must be included and if you have requested assistance paying an item a flyer/image of items or invoice must be included.
