With growing uncertainty surrounding the future of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the continued surge in grocery and pantry needs among our young people, we’re stepping up to meet the moment — and we need you to step up with us.
We’re asking you—and your networks—to step up and fill reusable grocery bags (12x7x14”) with grocery items that can help feed a young adult for up to one week.
We’ll provide the bags. You provide the fuel.
Here’s how to get involved:
- Pick up the number of bags you’d like to fill at 1575 E. 17th St., Santa Ana (or you can use your own reusable bag!)
- Fill the reusable bag with these items. (items below)
- Return the filled bags to our office—our team will deliver them directly to young adults in need
As a thank you, you’ll receive an extra reusable bag to use for your own groceries—and inspire others to fuel the community just like you.
Would you rather help from home? You can order the same ingredients on Amazon and have them shipped directly to us.
Together, we can fill bags, fuel weeks of food, and feed the potential of young people in our community.
Start a drive at your place of worship, workplace, or in your community!
