Since its launch in 2022\, the Lyon Workforce Academy has helped youth facing challenging circumstances gain the tools they need to succeed professionally and thrive independently. \nOn April 17\, we’re hosting an exclusive wine mixer to introduce the Lyon Workforce Academy to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders in Orange County. This event is a chance to learn how your involvement—whether through mentoring\, hosting workshops\, reviewing resumes\, or creating job opportunities—can make a lasting impact on the lives of young people in our community. \nOrangewood Foundation serves over 2\,000 youth each year\, and programs like the Lyon Workforce Academy depend on support from local business leaders to truly thrive. Your participation begins with showing up\, connecting\, and discovering the powerful change that is possible when we invest in our future workforce.
