Our mission statement conveys the individualized work we do with our youth, helping each young person reach his or her greatest potential. Our vision statement speaks to the long-term view of a world of opportunity for all youth. As an organization, we strive each day to live out our values with each other, our youth, our volunteers and all with whom we come in contact.
